BASIC PACKAGE: WEDDING

  • $200 per hour for continuous music.

  • $50 (25 - 50 miles) for travel time, consultation, planning.

  • $100 ( 50 miles plus) for travel time, consultation, planning.

  • $100 for basic dance floor lights.

  • $100 for equipment set up & break down.

4 Hour Total = $1050.00 - $1100.00

5 Hour Total = $1250.00 - $1300.00

MID LEVEL PACKAGE: WEDDING
2 SOUND SYSTEM
  • 4 Speakers & Dance Floor Lights

  • $200 per hour for continuous music.

  • $50 (25 - 50 miles) for travel time, consultation, planning.

  • $100 ( 50 miles plus) for travel time, consultation, planning.

  • $100 dance floor lights.

  • $35 each for uplights - choice of how many.

  • $150 for equipment set up & break down.

  • $100 for additional speakers

4 Hour Total = $1200.00  - $1250.00 + ( no# of uplights).

5 Hour Total = $1400.00  - $1450.00 + (no# of uplights).

PREMIUM PACKAGE: WEDDING
2 SOUND SYSTEM
  • 4 Speakers & Dance Floor Lights

  • $200 per hour for continuous music.

  • $50 (25 - 50 miles) for travel time, consultation, planning.

  • $100 ( 50 miles plus) for travel time, consultation, planning.

  • $125 dance floor lights.

  • $150 custom Gobo & Monogram.

  • $470 for (14) uplights at $35 each

  • $200 for equipment set up & break down.

  • $100 for additional speakers

4 Hour Total = $1895.00 - $1945.00 [ ( no# of uplights) ].

5 Hour Total = $2095.00 - $2145.00 [ ( no# of uplights) ].

Time & Travel Distance:

During the course of preparation, a few meet ups will occur for wedding programs, venue visits, Caterer, Photographer, wedding planner/event coordinator, etc. (A kick-off/introductory consultation & a final consultation 2 weeks prior to the wedding). Included is also the time involved in organizing creating playlists specifically for your wedding/event in advance—that takes several hours of time. On the wedding/event day, travel distance, time, setup & tear down, performance at your wedding/event, and break down is factored into the cost.

 

Indoors versus Outdoors:

Costs may increase if there are two venues required to set up; outdoors & indoors. Additional equipment such as power cords and other items may be needed.

Special requests:

Costs may be affected if the couple requests music that requires time to research & download. Music that is not in my existing library.

Size of event:

Relatively large weddings may mean a higher DJ bill if additional speakers, microphones or upgraded sound equipment are required to properly serve the crowd.
